The 61st Annual General Meeting of the club will be held at the clubhouse and also online at 3 pm on
Sunday 28th November 2021.
Junior, senior citizen, associate, temporary, honorary and commercial / charity members are welcome to attend the meeting but, under club rule 36, only family, full, student and young adult members are
entitled to vote. In accordance with rules 16 and 20, further nominations for officers and/or committee members must
be submitted to the honorary secretary not later than 14 days before the annual general meeting.

For those who cannot attend the club on the day, we are planning to provide the facility for members to join online via ‘TEAMS’ login details can be obtained from or if you cannot attend the meeting, your vote can be emailed to Penny Mathews Hon. Sec. secretary@lancingsc.org.uk
*Votes should be with Penny no later than 24 hours before the meeting start time.
After the meeting since we will not be having a formal dinner dance, there will be the prize-giving
and the bar will be open.
