EVERYONE is welcome to come along to our Summer Solstice Swim and Breakfast on Sunday 21st June at 04.45 am. Sunrise will be at 04.52 am so we hope to be in the sea for that time. If you just fancy a swim without brekkie come on down.

Meet at the rocks by Lancing Sailing Club at 04.45 a.m. After our refreshing swim we will be serving a tasty sausage in a bap (veggie or meat) or a bacon bap accompanied by OJ, coffee or tea at a cost of £5.00 per member and £8.00 per non member (which includes the £3.00 daily membership charge).

For those who have not joined us at the club before this is an exciting opportunity come and have a look at where sailing and watersports happen, not forgetting the busy social scene.
