Given the feedback I have received and looking at the latest forecast I have decided to cancel the Sunday Bart’s Bash. By the time we would be finishing the racing, the southerly wind would have picked up to a state where landing on Lancing beach would be dangerous for dinghy’s and safety boats. Added to that the entrance to Shoreham harbour would also be difficult in the southerly. Sorry to have to cancel but safety must come first.
