DESCRIPTION:Lancing Sailing Club will be holding an RNLI Charity Watersports Family Fun Day for members\, their family and friends\nOur Watersports Family Fun day will feature:- \n SUP; Kayak; swimming; beach volley ball competitions; cricket or rounders; and other exciting games for all the family PLUS we will have some onshore games like lobbing the welly for the little ones!  There will be a raffle with many prizes including some from our benefactors at Shoreham RNLI – who might even be making a drive by!! \n\n12.30 pm arrival \nBar open all afternoon\nFood served during the afternoon \nEveryone to “Bring a Dish” or donate £10.00 to RNLI\n\nWe are asking for everyone to bring a dish for our Fun Day tea – please click here for the food listing and confirm your food offer via socialsec.lsc@gmail.com.  \nThere will be no charge for this event\, but please make donations to the RNLI on the day or via our Just Giving Link\nPlease also bring along donations of prizes for the raffle to add to those kindly donated by Shoreham RNLI\nOur fundraising target is £500 – good value for all our hours of safety at sea!\nRemember – open to members and your friends and family – the more the merrier!!\nBAD WEATHER – PLAN ‘B” – we will revert to games on the patio/indoors with a LATER START of 3pm .   We will contact all those pre-registered via email\, and please check back here on the event page the night before from 6pm.

DESCRIPTION:EVERYONE is welcome to come along to our Winter Solstice Swim and Breakfast on Saturday 21st December at 7.45 am.  Sunrise will be at 8.00 am so we hope to be in the sea for that time.  If you just fancy a swim without brekkie come on down. \nMeet at the rocks by Lancing Sailing Club at 7.45  a.m.  After our refreshing swim we will be serving a tasty sausage in a bap (veggie or meat) or a bacon bap accompanied by OJ\, coffee or tea at a cost of £3.00 per member and £6.00 per non member (which includes the £3.00 daily membership charge).  If numbers permit we may have a full English on offer! \nFor those who have not joined us at the club before this is an exciting opportunity come and have a look at where sailing and watersports happen\, not forgetting the busy social scene. \n

SUMMARY:⛵A&O Club Championships - Sun 25th/Mon26th with Mexican Social Sun 6PM
DESCRIPTION:Our A&O Club Championships will run over two days Sunday 25th and Monday 26th August. \n\n\n\n\nBob and Claire are hosting a Mexican night on Sunday 25th August at the Club. This is over the bank holiday weekend and we aim to start at 6pm and eat at 7pm. There will be Mexican food\, Mexican beer\, Tequila and a Mexican quiz. Que tal eh gringo??  Tickets please in advance via the website or link which will follow shortly. We are restricted to 35 only so members have priority and a fee of £10 per person. £15.00 for a non member if spaces allow.\nFancy dress if course is optional but welcome 🤠.\nAdditionally we are looking to raise a sum of £200 for this event which will be a donation to the Samaritans charity.
