DESCRIPTION:Lancing Sailing Club Sports Day & BBQ\nJoin us for a fun-filled Sports Day and BBQ at Lancing Sailing Club! \nFollowing training\, we’ll be keeping the rescue boat on the water and giving members the opportunity to try some of the fantastic activities available at the club. Think of it as an Open Day\, but exclusively for our members. \nHave you ever wanted to: \n\nTry a SUP or kayak?\nGo for a sail in an RS400 or Laser?\nChallenge a swimmer to a race?\n\nThis is your chance! \nTo make the day a success\, we’re looking for members willing to share their activity with others and help fellow members experience something new. \nVolunteers Needed (you can still join in with the other events)\nWe’re looking for leaders and helpers for the following: \n\nEvent Coordinator (Schedule all the times)\nSafety Boat Helm and Crew\nSUP/Kayak Lead\nSwim Lead\nSailing Lead\n\nEncourage sailors to take members out in their boats\nOrganise participants and activity sessions\n\n\nBBQ Chef\n\nAfter the activities\, we’ll finish the day with a club BBQ and social\, giving everyone a chance to relax\, chat\, and enjoy the evening together. \nAnd if you’ve got a new toy\, gadget\, board\, boat\, or bit of kit you’ve been wanting to try out on the beach\, this is the perfect day to bring it along! \nWe look forward to seeing you there! \nEvent activities will be subject to weather conditions\, Social will happen whatever! \n\nHW – 06:49
